Select the "Tools" menu, "History Center" tab (click F2):
Select the instrument and the timeframe of interest in the open window:
Click "Download".
After the download is finished, go to the menu "File - Open Data Folder":
In the window that opens, select the history/downloads folder:
Access the folder with the requested instrument:
